Our Problem Space

Right now, saving content on social media feels like dropping things into a black hole. It’s basically an Explore page 2.0—full of stuff we resonate with but without a way to actually find it when we need it.


We did different types of user testing to figure out if our product would be a success and to help us scope down our project.

TEST 1

Are people willing to use a 3rd Party App?

We gave users a "real" product for 2 weeks

This test allowed us to analyze how users would respond to our product without having to build a full MVP and what view would ressonate.

TEST 2

Does this product have scale?

We created a funnel that would use fake content to get real metrics

From this, we would track KPIs and gain information on our potential demographic

Which Vertical is this Best Suited for?

We analyzed the content people sent us the first two weeks → analyzed potential pain points → concept tested with people from different communities

SOLUTION

Stash – a travel app that gets you to all your favorite places

People plan trips around their saves but TikTok and Instagram aren’t optimized for that. 

We created: a clear map – only your saves + travel planning mechanics

Allow people to generate other potential travel spots around key locations
